Want a personal trainer in your pocket? 

If in-person one-on-one sessions with me are not an option due to scheduling, budgetary considerations or geographic location, there is still a way we can work together to achieve your goals. 

My Remote Training Programs work because they are built upon the same principles as my in-person packages: Personalization, Knowledgeable Guidance, Accountability and Support.

Here’s how the Online Training Packages work:

  • Personalization:  

I'll conduct a Personal Fitness Assessment via Video Conference to assess your current fitness level, identify muscular imbalances, discuss your medical history and use this information to identify and set appropriate, unique and specific long-term and short-term goals.

  • Knowledgable Guidance:

Using the findings from your Assessment as my reference, I write your first Weekly Workout Guide. Each Weekly Workout Guide consists of 3 unique workouts per week customized according to your specific goals and the equipment you have access to (if any). Each guide is highly detailed and includes illustrated exercise demonstrations and video clips custom selected to meet your goals based on your current fitness level.

  • Accountability:

As part of the program, I will ask that you check in with me at the beginning and completion of each workout. Furthermore, at the end of each week, you will email me an Accountability Report. The Accountability Report is an opportunity to report your progress, concerns, questions, thoughts, etc.

  • Support:

Based on your report you will receive a Support Email back with answers to your questions and containing your next Weekly Workout Guide

At the end of every month, you have the option to repeat the process.
